Yes absolutely! After you purchase your Meal Plan you will need to fill out a form of questions so we can get you the perfect Meal Plan to suit your needs. In the form there is a question, "How many people are you feeding" this is where you can enter EXAMPLE: 2 adults, 3 kids or what your requirement of people being fed is.
The Essential Meal Plan is a simple, budget-friendly option designed to provide 5 pre-curated dinner ideas each week with basic personalization, like exclusions and preferred meat choices. It’s perfect for those looking for an affordable and straightforward way to plan meals.
The PRO Meal Plan, on the other hand, offers a fully customizable experience with a menu of 7 dinners, detailed nutritional breakdowns, support for specific diets, and the ability to tailor protein and carb intake. Making it ideal for those that are on a more strict nutrition intake or have special diets where the meals are more complex.
Yes, in both the Essential and Pro Meal Plans you will get a itemized shopping list from your preferred supermarket Coles or Woolworths with pricing for each item required for each meal in the week.
Correct, both meal plans come with the recipe and cooking instructions for each meal in the week. Meaning more time out of the kitchen with your cooking all planned out for you.
We take all of our pricing from Coles and Woolworths. You can still use our service, however our meal plan costs may vary in comparison to your local store.
Foodbuddie does not deliver pre-cooked meals or meal kits. Instead, we provide personalised meal plans and shopping lists tailored to your family's needs, preferences, and budget. Our service focuses on helping you save time and reduce the stress of deciding what to cook each week.
Foodbuddie updates meal plans weekly to ensure you always have fresh, seasonal, and inspiring meal ideas. Each week, you’ll receive a customised plan tailored to your preferences, budget, and dietary needs, along with a comprehensive shopping list to make your meal prep as easy as possible.
Yes, you can update your budget and preferences at any time with Foodbuddie. Simply send us an email and we can adjust your plan for the next week.
Unfortunately, we do not provide lunch or breakfast options at this time.
We do however send regular meal ideas through our newsletter which you can subscribe to for free!
The provided meal plans and shopping lists do not include cooking oil, salt, or pepper, and these ingredients are assumed to be available in my pantry. We do not include sauces that you may prefer to have with your dinners unless the sauce is used to create the meal.
Yes, when you purchase the Pro Meal Plan you will have to complete a form where you need to enter the amount of Protein and Carbs in grams that you require for each dinner. This way our system can customize your Meal plan to suit your requirements.
Example: Myself: Protein 50 grams Carbs 60 grams Partner: Protein 35 grams, Carbs 50 grams
Child: Protein 25 grams, Carbs 40 grams.
Note: We do not give out recommend macros, this is something you will need to supply or not supply and the meals will be made as per normal.
The Pro Meal Plan has all options available for customizing your meal Plan, If you have a Keto, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Carnivore etc you need to enter this into the form when you purchase the Meal Plan this way your weekly meals will be tailored to suit your requirements.
Yes! As long as the meals are being cooked together the meal plan will cover anyone you enter into your form in the check out.
