1.2 We provide recipes based on the selected meal plans, which you can follow using the recommended ingredients.

1.3 Foodbuddie operates on a subscription model, with weekly recurring payments.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 By subscribing to Foodbuddie, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring weekly basis.

2.2 Subscription fees are clearly stated on our website and may vary based on the plan selected. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account on our website or by contacting our support team at contact@foodbuddie.com.au. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following week.

2.4 Refunds are not provided for partial weeks or unused services unless required by Australian consumer law.

3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the dietary and allergy information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Foodbuddie is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.2 It is your responsibility to purchase the recommended ingredients from the specified grocery chains. Foodbuddie does not supply ingredients directly.

3.3 Recipes and meal plans are provided for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

3.4 You are liable for all activity under your Account, including all purchases made using your Account details.

4.1 Foodbuddie aims to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies based on the information you provide. However, we cannot guarantee that the recommended ingredients or recipes are free from all allergens.

4.2 It is solely your responsibility to read product labels and verify allergen information directly with the manufacturer or retailer.
